Payment/No-Show policy
- Billed monthly (on the 5th of the following month).
- Direct debit 30 days after invoice issue.
- Absences will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice:
- 50% for the first absence of the user.
- 75% for the user's second absence.
- 100% from the third absence, and exclusion of the user from the application.
